Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your Drapli account in the app or by contacting support.

In the app

1. Open Drapli, sign in and select Account.
2. Select Delete account and review the confirmation.
3. Reauthenticate if requested, then confirm deletion.

Delete selected data and keep your account

In Drapli, open a wardrobe item and choose Delete item, or open a saved outfit and choose Delete outfit. In Try on, open a result and choose Delete this image. To remove your body photo and its try-on results, open My model and choose Delete model and results. You can also email support from your account address to request deletion of specific Drapli data.

These actions remove the selected content from Drapli while keeping your account. Store transaction records may remain under Apple, Google and RevenueCat retention policies.

If you cannot access the app

Email danhhuongvn@gmail.com from the address associated with your Drapli account, with the subject “Drapli account deletion”. We will verify ownership before processing the request. Never send your password or verification codes.

What is deleted?

Your login profile, wardrobe, outfits, wear calendar, uploaded photos, try-on results, 3D models and notification registrations held in Drapli. If cleanup is interrupted, the account is disabled and cleanup continues.

Transaction records at Apple, Google and RevenueCat follow those providers’ retention policies. See our privacy policy for provider information.

Cancel Pro separately

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Manage it through Apple or Google Play to prevent renewal.
